PI is very active in a couple countries in Central Asia. We support two sisters and the dream that they have to place at least one worker in every government institution in their country.  At present we support not only the two sisters but also twenty other workers which are involved in 7 institutions.  We are actively involved in caring for orphans, the elderly, the blind and the mentally challenged.  We hope to have influence in 3-4 more institutions over the next couple of years.  The cost of running the complete 2008 operation is approximately $45,000 Canadian.  Possibilities International raises the support through individual partners, churches and businesses. If you would like to help us make a difference in Central Asia please feel free to make an online donation or email/call and lets chat about the work there.

In Kyrgyzstan we partner with Ed Dickson of LINK127 and his workers that he has there.  In the past we have been involved in visiting the elderly and orphans.  In the fall of 2006 PI sent an Xtreme Makeover team.  It was an incredible trip and since 2006 we have sent teams in the fall of 2007 also.
What a thrill it is to help the hopeless and poor by fixing and renovating their homes
